The fourth distribution was dependent upon DTDF receiving a distribution from USA Commercial Mortgage Liquidating Trust (“USACM”). It was anticipated the distribution from USACM would be received in early December and DTDF would distribute the funds in late December. However, it now appears that the receipt of funds from USACM will not be received by DTDF until mid-January 2012. Once the funds are received from USACM, DTDF will make a distribution to investors as soon as possible. The distribution to investors will include an investor letter and is expected to be mailed the last week of January or the first week of February 2012. When the checks and letters are mailed DTDF will post a notice of mailing on the website.
